WHY YOUR GRADES DO NOT DEFINE YOU

At present we live in a world where everyone works hard to get their PhDs , Masters and what not ! Running for a single sheet which apparently they assume proves them as intelligent. In todays article I will prove it to you why we cannot define a person with a single sheet of accomplishment.

Humans are curious about everything , this has helped them evolve and innovate . It is rightfully said that 'Need is the mother of invention '. And this need comes from our inner curiosity. This is exactly what today's generation misses on . The reason why there are only a few 'one in a million' in this world is because they found their answers inorder to feed their curiosity ,while the rest of the world silence their curiosity and work for a single sheet which seems to define their future . 

 When will we become conscious of this illusion ? 

I have always pondered upon this question ,how can we judge a person with nothing but a sheet of paper ? People have to know that the root cause lies in the education system . A person who studies all 365 days a year can get 95% in contrary a person who studies just for a month before the examination can also get 95% . This is the reason why we cannot trust this sheet of paper . This reminds me of a line which I read in a financial educational book, 'Paper cannot save you from the world  recession , it's the Coins!' We always tend to overlook the most simplest yet meaningful things in life . Education is to fulfill you inner curiosity and not to byheart lengthy answers . I realized this when my teacher asked me a simple question , How do Ac's and Refrigerators work , what is the common component ? While many of you readers might know it , I am ashamed to say that I was not aware of the working , and the only excuse I could give was that I was not taught about it yet . I immediately reflected on it , why are we waiting for someone to teach us things which are seen everyday in life ? Why do we not have the curiosity to know how things around us work , about the current world? The laws of physics are not only  restrained to  bookish knowledge rather they are practical fundamentals in life . Everyday is a new awakening , a new day where in we learn new things . Hence I insist that we must be aware and note the different things we learn in life after all experience is the biggest teacher in life . 

We all have the same brain, but different ways of applying it . I ask all of you dear readers , What makes you stand out from the crowd ? If you know what it is , then are you using that as an asset?  All of this comes from great focus and self consciousness . We shape our ourselves with virtues and not education. 

 What we need is common sense , common sense which makes you a human . Things which are so simple yet hard to comprehend . 

By now , you must have got a hang of what I am trying to convey ... 

We need experience,  virtues , curiosity and common sense to call ourselves educated and not degrees and PhDs . 

Let's work hard and gain true knowledge,  knowledge which truly defines our life and paves our future.  I conclude today's article with a Confucius quote, 

Knowledge without practice is useless ,

Practice without knowledge is useless.
