HOW TO OVERCOME DETRACTORS IN LIFE
Are you also someone who is unable to focus on your task? Does your mind also wander off to a world of fantasy while you try to concentrate?
Today's article is all about 'Concentration ' .
Detractors are nothing but things which make you distracted from your goal.
Thanks to the advancing technology of making everything available within seconds we have become very impatient. We over think about our past actions which makes us unsure about our future as well as our present . We avoid watching a video of 5 minutes because we can get that same amount of information in a 30 seconds short. If you can't watch a 5 minutes video because it's just boring and a waste of time , just think how bored many out there might feel looking at the same task everyday ! The attention span of us humans are drastically reducing day by day , and it is a raising concern !
One of the first things to do is recognize your distractions
What is causing you to get distracted?
We often overlook on such small observations. It's rightly said that the biggest discoveries are found right infront of us , we just have to look for it .
Reflect on your actions
This is a concept which we have to bring in our daily life . We must have a 'me' time, no matter how busy we are . It helps us to realize and get to know ourselves better . In this way , we know what suites us and what does not .
Maintain a to do list
This is very important. The step where everyone messes up. When we make a to do list it has to be about our present moment and not a whole list for the year . Life is unpredictable and anything can happen anytime so we cannot assume our to do list for a year but for a day . In other words , a to do list for the future is nothing but a dream list , whereas a to do list is about the present . Change it everyday according to the task you think is the most important for that moment .
Switch off your phones and experience Nature
When we are outside in nature , it is not necessary for us to click pics of nature in our cameras but it is necessary to click them in our minds . Nature is the best healer and joy giver . When we appreciate the little beautiful things in our life we learn to appreciate our time , it's all limited . So make sure to enjoy it to the fullest .
Have a positive mindset
When we are thinking with an optimistic mindset then we perceive the world in a different way. Happiness is not something which you get but something which you have in your mind .
These are few tips which can make you more focused and concentrated. Let detractors detract we must learn to refract these distractions. Remember the present is all that matters ✨️

It has indeed been long since I last connected , with my exams which were approaching I decided to focus on that more . The more I feel energized with positivity the more I write ~
