Many of us think spirituality is nothing but superstitions and religious practices which make no sense to us . But in reality it is something way more than what we know , something which is within us , something which connects us all . Spirituality is based on 'Energy'. Not the physical energy but the inner energy which lies within us . Spirituality is nothing but communication between yourself and becoming aware of yourself. Every single matter has an electromagnetic field around it and we are no exception ! Each of us have different levels of electromagnetic radiation which is radiated from our body and this defines nothing but our aura . Energy is present all around us and we too give and receive it.
