 Do aliens exist? Do ghosts possess bodies? And Do dreams have a meaning ? These are the most debated questions in today's generation. We often have dreams every night which at times we remember .Do they have to say something ?

In today's blog I will be discussing all about dreams and few ways you can interpret them .















Dreams are a universal human experience that can be described as a state of consciousness characterized by sensory, cognitive and emotional occurrences .We experience as much as four to six times per night. Some dreams are based on your surroundings you might have already seen things in reality whereas some dreams are just so random and mysterious . 

Many people say the dreams you remember have some connection with your future , its a popular myth. But at a certain point it kind of makes sense . You wont realize it because most of it is forgotten . Many successful people have seen this vision in their dreams . It sounds very weird right ? but believe me I myself experienced things which had connections with my dreams .

















Today I will share few tips you can interpret your dreams ... 
  • Maintain a journal in which you write whatever you remember 
  • Try reading more about how it works in physiology 
  • With the help of the internet you can interpret it online 
  • keep on reading the dreams you have written earlier and make links
